FarmStaff

Finding, Keeping and
Rewarding People in Agriculture?
Australian agriculture has long been
lacking directly relevant information on employment of staff. This is the second
year that an in-depth study has been conducted directly focused on addressing
this gap. FarmStaff 2008 is the result of independent research and salary survey
analysis, and provides a unique and valuable insight into what employees within
the agricultural sector are actually being paid, how they are paid and what they
like and dislike about their job. It enables direct comparisons to be drawn
between job titles within the sector and between industries.
